Project Description
The project involved renovating an existing amalgamation of cast concrete, wood studs and concrete block into a building to accommodate City Engineering and City Housing. The finished building had to fit within the context of two historical buildings designed by Irving Gill and the Phase I Civic Center design by Charles Moore.
